Have you heard of ‘Split-Care’?
Probably not, because we invented it! Split-Care is where we split the benefit hours between a family member and/or friend AND with one of our qualified Caregivers. It’s a perfect way to provide respite care for those daughters and sons out there that need a break! It’s also ideal for those elderly clients who simply ‘think’ they don’t need any help. In short, we’ll pay YOU as an employee for your companion care services, then we bring in our hired gun to do the dirty work (i.e. cooking, cleaning, meal prep, etc.) So, if you have a clean background and can pass a 14 panel drug test, then we might just hire and train you as one of our own!
