ASK THE ORACLE
In classical antiquity, an oracle was a person that was considered a source of wise counsel or prophetic prediction, inspired by God. Unlike seers who interpret signs, believed to be sent by immortals, oracles were viewed as vessels through which God spoke to humanity.
The word 'oracle' comes from the Latin 'orare' which means to speak.
